Use of the Products
A quick change tool post is that it allows machinists to change tools quickly and accurately without the need for extensive recalibration each time. This saves time and increases productivity, especially in situations where multiple tool changes are required during a machining operation.
- Design: This compact structure, quick-change tool post has good rigidity, and is made on high-precision machines. This is a mini tool post, which works great on a mini lathe. The use of multiple tool holders from an artificial tool magazine can replace a tool holder. Replace the tool holders to reset accuracy within a 0.004 mm range, and the surface quality of machined parts is improved.
- Material: Completely made out of 100% super-hard aluminium alloy and annodised in silver (tool post block) and black (holders). Height adjusters are made out of brass. All screws are made of tool steel. The cut-off parting holder's blade is M2 grade of HSS.
- Set includes: 1x Tool Post, 1 x 3/8" boring holder, 1x 1/2" capacity cut-off blade holder supplied with an HSS blade, 2 x 1/4-3/8" standard turning & facing holders, 1 x boring holder with a carbide boring tool, 2x Mounting bolts (M8 & M10), 2 x Allen Key
