HSS Square Tool Bits Tin Coated – M35 Grade are high-performance cutting tools manufactured from M35 Cobalt High-Speed Steel, containing approximately 5% cobalt. The M35 grade provides excellent hardness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and cutting performance, making these tool bits suitable for demanding machining operations. M35 HSS is commonly available in hardness ranges of approximately 63–66 HRC after heat treatment.
The TiN (Titanium Nitride) coating enhances surface hardness and wear resistance, helping extend tool life and maintain cutting performance during machining. The square-section design allows the tool bit to be ground into different cutting-tool geometries according to the machining requirement.
